Orator is a unique digitised voice announcer for elevator floor level annunciation, safety instructions, hazard warning, travel commentaries, in-store shopping offers, etc., available in any language.
Formula Systems Orator is a modular unit giving clear and concise male or female speech commentary and is now capable of being programmed by the customer.
Designed as an aid to safety, Orator is being used increasingly whenever verbal information is to be broadcast on a repetitive basis. The applications for Orator are only limited by your imagination.

Orator uses the latest electronic technology to make it a superior solution in capability, reliability and price. It adds a new dimension to public announcements or machines where it is uneconomic or impractical to use humans or other more expensive technologies.
Precise directions, instructions or warnings can quickly be digitised in clear language(s) to your own specific requirements. Additional over-ride messages can be introduced, selected and activated instantaneously when required. Customers can even record and program their own messages easily, at a fraction of the cost of other systems.
Messages can be played continually or at the touch of a button to introduce a specific instruction from a selection of prepared alternatives. This is imperative for the blind or partially sighted or where signs are not clearly visible.
There are two standard versatile systems in the Orator range providing recorded, real speech (not a synthesized or computer voice) with either manual or automatic over-ride.
Orator model FSM1
This system provides a total of 30-seconds of messages in variable units. For example, up to 15 phrases of 2-seconds length. Continuous play and single play options are standard.
Orator model FSM2
This unit gives a total of 127.5 seconds of messages in variable units. For example, up to 225 phrases of half a second length. Continuous play and interrupt (priority) play options are standard.
Both systems comprise of a printed circuit board with terminal connections, customer-definable voice memory, a loudspeaker and an enclosure. Formula Systems has many other variants of the Orator system and can easily provide a bespoke design for volume requirements.
