THE NEW VISION SERIES FROM FORMULA SYSTEMS

October 2011

Following an intriguing advertising campaign designed to generate interest in their new product range, Formula Systems has once again raised the bar with the launch of their new Vision Series at Interlift 2011 held in October in Augsburg, Germany.

Suitable for both modernisation and new equipment applications alike, the new Vision products come in an extensive range of profile sizes and feature options, all offering Formula Systems' established 2D offset beam technology.

The innovative, new 'Sill Light' feature has been designed to reduce the potential for trip hazards by utilizing a high-contrast light to draw passenger attention to the floor sill zone.

In addition, the passenger experience has been further enhanced with the introduction of BPL (Beam Path Locator) - an array of amber LED warning lights that provide a visual indication of the 2-dimensional beam path locations, re-assuring both passengers and operators of system functionality.

Adapt 3 is a new, 3 dimensional 'adaptive' traffic detection system. Adapt 3 technology detects people and objects as they approach the elevator doors, holding them open thereby minimizing the chances of personal injury or damage to the elevator doors.

Formula Systems brings together the best in engineering and technology to provide innovative products for both new and existing elevator applications. The introduction of the Vision product range will, once again, further their reputation as a world-renowned authority in elevator door protection systems.

FORMULA SYSTEMS ANNOUNCE NEW "CONTROLLER-LESS" INFRA-RED (IR) LIGHT CURTAINS IN USA

1st March 2000

Formula Systems, a leading manufacturer of safety edge curtains and the Safescreen brand, has announced a new range of "controller-less" infra-red (IR) elevator door protection devices for direct connection into contemporary door controls.
