Leaders in freight elevators, partners in safety.
At Formula Systems, everything we do is about developing elevator safety technologies that make elevators safer for the people who use them, all over the world. So, we are proud to showcase our work with Peelle, sector leaders and innovators in freight elevators.
About Peelle: Peelle is known for the premium-quality design and manufacturing of specialist elevator entrance doors. The company is a global specialist in freight elevators, the heavy-duty workhorses of warehouses, distribution centers, factories, hospitals, and commercial buildings. It’s a seriously demanding sector. Freight doors are heavy, and the spaces around them are often busy and noisy. Peelle has built its reputation on innovation that meets those demands head-on, and its latest system is a perfect example.
In focus: Protector Plus
Protector Plus is Peelle’s freight elevator door protection system, designed and engineered with safety at its core. The system combines audible and visual warning signals in one elegant solution to give clear, immediate alerts whenever freight elevator doors are opening or closing. Whether people hear the alert, see it, or both, they know the doors are moving.
By raising awareness of door movement, Protector Plus helps reduce the risk of accidental contact with moving doors and the injuries that can follow. That means a safer environment for operators, employees, and site personnel; better visibility around moving equipment; and safer day-to-day operations.
